I was raised in San Clemente, California and have always been involved with team sports, being athletic and having a healthy lifestyle.
I graduated from the University of San Diego in 1993 with a BBA (Business Administration). As a business major, possessing strong work ethics and an independent spirit my intention was to have my own business.
Looking for a better lifestyle, I moved to Mammoth Lakes, California in the spring of 1995. Amazed at the amount of out door activities, sunshine, space, mountain clean air and water I was in heaven and decided to stay. I wanted to continue my active and healthy lifestyle into a career or business and decided to attend massage school.
I studied and attained my Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) certification at Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego, CA. with well over 1500 hours of academic studies. By 2001 I became the new proprietor of the Healing Arts Centre.
To understand and be more knowledgeable about our skin (the largest organ of the body) I decided to start taking Dermalogica skin care classes and to attend esthetician school. I graduated from the International Academy of Style 2003 and became licensed in the state of California from the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
